Either one sends us your request. The left one commits you to nothing and we reply within 24 working hours. The right one also takes a 30% deposit now by card through OnePay to hold your dates; our team contacts you about the rest once everything is confirmed.
This deposit is refundable if you change your mind, in line with our cancellation policy, or if your plans change because of events beyond your control, such as natural disasters.
