Why Get a Cardiovascular Check-up in Ho Chi Minh City

A comprehensive cardiovascular screening with Coronary Angioscan and echocardiography typically costs 2 to 5 times more in Singapore or Hong Kong. At FV Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, international patients receive the same depth of cardiac imaging and specialist evaluation, with English-language reports, at a significantly lower cost. Sondax handles scheduling, transfers, and support in English from your first message to your final report.

Who This Programme Is For

This programme is specifically designed for adults over 40, particularly those who are overweight, stressed, or sedentary, and anyone with cardiovascular risk factors such as smoking, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidaemia, high cholesterol, or hyperuricemia. It is also well suited for individuals wanting to understand how stress and lifestyle are affecting their heart and blood vessels.

Cardiovascular Check-up vs General Health Check-ups: Which to Choose

FV Hospital offers several levels of general health check-up alongside this specialist cardiovascular programme:

  • Standard Programme (from USD 178): includes a resting ECG and basic blood panel, but no cardiac imaging or specialist cardiology consultation.
  • Executive Programme (from USD 633): includes a resting ECG, echocardiography, and an extended biology panel, but does not include Coronary Angioscan or vascular Doppler.
  • Cardiovascular Programme (from USD 607): focused entirely on the heart and arteries, with Coronary Angioscan, echocardiography, full vascular Doppler of carotid, abdominal aorta, and lower limb arteries, plus both a Cardiologist and a Vascular Surgeon consultation.

If you want a general health overview with some cardiac tests, the Executive Programme is a strong choice. If your primary concern is cardiovascular risk, or if you already have known risk factors, this specialist Cardio-vascular Programme provides the deepest level of heart and artery screening. Contact Sondax and we will help you choose.

Your Check-up Experience at FV Hospital

On arrival you are registered and guided through each consultation, scan, and blood test in sequence, so there is minimal waiting between steps. The Coronary Angioscan uses a low-dose CT scanner and takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes. All communication with staff is available in English, with interpretation offered on request in French, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. Your Cardiologist reviews all results with you in person before you leave.
