All we need back is the passport details of every traveller and your flight number, plus your visa approval letter if you have one, because the airport will not register the service without them. On Diamond Arrival we also need a photo of your passport page. You can reply on WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, KakaoTalk, Viber, Zalo or Telegram, whichever you prefer.

A booking becomes a no-show, and is non-refundable, if you do not appear at the meeting point or do not follow the instructions provided, if your flight number, date, time or terminal changes and you do not tell us beforehand, if the flight information you gave us is incorrect or incomplete, or if we try to reach you at service time and cannot get a response.

You need a valid visa or entry document. The government stamping fee of USD 25 per person is paid at the counter and is not included in our price.
Yes, if you hold a foreign passport. It is free, done at prearrival.immigration.gov.vn within three days of arrival, and produces a QR code for the immigration counter. Fast track does not replace it.
If it is delayed, nothing to do: we track it and adjust. If the flight itself changes, message us before the original service time and we reschedule at no extra cost.
