Cam Ranh is a mid-sized airport carrying an outsized immigration load. It handled roughly 4.7 million passengers in 2025, and it is the only airport in Vietnam where international passengers outnumber domestic ones, at around 70% of traffic. More than 30 airlines fly here from Korea, China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Thailand and Malaysia, and those arrivals land in clusters rather than spread through the day. When three or four wide-bodies land within the same hour, Terminal 2 fills and clearing immigration can take an hour.

Priority Check-in works on selected airlines only and cannot be arranged once the airline counter has opened. If we cannot deliver it, that portion is refunded and the rest of your package runs as normal.
All we need back is the passport details of every traveller and your flight number, plus your visa approval letter if you have one, because the airport will not register the service without them. You can reply on WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, KakaoTalk, Viber, Zalo or Telegram, whichever you prefer.

Only direct flights from Cam Ranh to Russia and Russian-speaking countries, operated by SU, WZ, ZF, VJ, EO, N4, VSV, VZ, B2, HH, 3U, KC or IO. China Southern (CZ) and any airline not listed are excluded. If the airline cannot provide it on the day, that part of your fee is refunded.

You need a valid visa or entry document. The government stamping fee of USD 25 per person is paid at the counter and is not included in our price.
Yes, if you hold a foreign passport. It is free, done at prearrival.immigration.gov.vn within three days of arrival, and produces a QR code for the immigration counter. Fast track does not replace it.
If it is delayed, nothing to do: we track it and adjust. If the flight itself changes, message us before the original service time and we reschedule at no extra cost.

The service was excellent. As soon as we disembarked and went through passport control, we saw a sign with our first and last name. We cleared passport control in exactly three minutes, but the line was already kilometer-long by the time we arrived, with people standing for three hours. We also recommend combining this service with express baggage claim, as we didn't use it and then had to wait another 1.5 hours for our suitcases. The service was excellent. We were quickly oriented, added to a chat in a convenient messenger, and sent all the information.
