Two ways to book

Standard booking. Book at least 3 hours before your flight. Best price, guaranteed staff assignment, and round-trip combos available.

Same-day urgent booking. Less than 3 hours to go. We still accept these for arrival or departure individually, not as a combo. A surcharge applies because we reassign staff at short notice.

How we stay in touch

Once your booking goes through, message us on your preferred chat app. You will be coordinating with our on-ground team at SGN in real time, not with a call centre. Support runs 24/7 in English and Vietnamese.

Please read before booking

• This service covers international flights only, arriving in or departing from Vietnam via SGN.
• Vietnamese passport holders on international flights: arrival fast track is temporarily suspended as of 12 February 2026, due to enhanced security screening by airport authorities.

Step 1. Book and message us

After payment, open your preferred chat app and message us straight away. We will confirm your booking and send the meeting details.

• LINE users: regional restrictions in Vietnam mean we cannot add overseas LINE accounts by phone number or ID. Email us your LINE contact link and we will add you.
• Keep your phone reachable on travel day. Quick replies help our airport team coordinate smoothly, especially on same-day bookings.

Step 2a. If you are arriving at SGN

Where we meet you: International Arrivals Hall, Tan Son Nhat Airport.

• After landing, head toward the international arrivals immigration area as normal.
• Look for a Sondax staff member holding a signboard with your name.
• Your escort takes you to the designated priority immigration lane.
• Stay with our staff throughout. If you leave the priority lane, we cannot continue the service.

Realistic timing: most travelers clear immigration in under 30 minutes. During the busiest arrival waves there may still be a wait of 30 to 40 minutes. It is faster than the general queue every time, and our team will tell you honestly what to expect on the day.

Step 2b. If you are departing from SGN

Where we meet you: between Check-in Counters E and F, International Departure Terminal.

• Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight.
• Complete airline check-in and drop your luggage yourself.
• Once you are heading toward Counters E and F, message us. Our representative will meet you there.
• Running late? Tell us before you reach the airport so we can adjust.
• Our staff escorts you to the priority immigration lane. On Gold Departure and Gold Departure + Check-in bookings, you also get priority X-ray security screening.
• For security compliance, our staff hands you over to the immigration officer at the front of the priority lane. They cannot pass through the checkpoint with you.

• Visa on arrival stamping fee (USD 25). This is a government fee paid directly at the immigration counter. Our staff will help you with the payment process.

• Transport to or from the airport. Book a private transfer here if you need one.

What we can and cannot promise

Fast track gives you access to a faster immigration lane. Actual processing time still depends on airport traffic, immigration staffing and security conditions outside our control. Most passengers clear in under 30 minutes. We aim to cut your time at immigration significantly, not to remove the process entirely.

When a booking counts as a no-show

A booking is treated as a no-show, and is non-refundable, if any of these happen:

• You are not at the meeting point and do not receive the service
• Your flight number, date, time or terminal changes and you do not tell us in advance, making the service impossible to deliver
• The flight information you gave us is incorrect or incomplete and our team cannot locate you
• We try to reach you on the contact channels you provided and cannot get a response at service time

Almost every no-show we see comes from a flight change we were not told about. If anything about your flight moves, message us. We will do our best to reschedule at no extra cost.

The reality at Tan Son Nhat

• SGN handles over 40 million passengers a year. It is Vietnam's busiest gateway.
• On an average day, more than 100,000 travelers pass through the terminal.
• At peak arrival hours the immigration hall can hold 1,000 or more people at once. That is a 45 to 60 minute wait after a long-haul flight.
