⚠️ TEMPORARY NOTICES FOR SGN AIRPORT:

• Vietnamese Passport Holders: Starting February 12, 2026, Arrival Fast Track is temporarily suspended for Vietnamese passport holders on international flights, due to enhanced security screening by airport authorities.
• Premium Arrival (VIP B Line): This option is currently paused due to operational changes at SGN. We will update availability as soon as service resumes.

STEP-BY-STEP: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU BOOK

1. CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING & CONNECT WITH US

Once your payment goes through, reach out to us immediately on your preferred messaging app (WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, KakaoTalk, Viber, or Telegram). Our team will also send you a confirmation message via the chat app or email you provided.

→ LINE users: Due to regional restrictions in Vietnam, we cannot search for overseas LINE accounts by phone number or ID. We'll email you our LINE contact link — please add us from your end.

→ Keep your phone accessible on travel day. If you've made a last-minute booking, quick replies help our airport team coordinate your service smoothly.

2. IF YOU'RE ARRIVING AT SGN (Arrival Fast Track)

Where to meet: International Arrivals Hall, Tan Son Nhat Airport.

• After your plane lands, head toward the international arrivals immigration area as normal.
• Look for a Sondax staff member holding a signboard with your name.
• Your escort will guide you to the designated priority immigration lane for faster processing.
• Standard Arrival uses Lane 4/5 — there may still be a short wait (up to 30–40 minutes during peak hours, though typically much faster).
• Please stay with our staff in the priority queue at all times. If you leave the lane, the service may be discontinued.

3. IF YOU'RE DEPARTING FROM SGN (Departure Fast Track)

Where to meet: Between Check-in Counters E and F, International Departure Terminal.

• Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight.
• Complete your airline check-in and drop off luggage on your own.
• Once you're heading toward Counters E/F, send us a message. Our representative will meet you there.
• If you're running late, let us know by message before you reach the airport.
• Our staff escorts you to the priority immigration lane. For Premium Departure bookings, you also get escorted through the priority security/X-ray screening.
• For security compliance, our staff will hand you off to the immigration officer at the front of the priority lane. They cannot pass through the checkpoint with you.

1. SERVICE SCOPE & PROCESSING TIME

This service provides access to a faster immigration lane compared to the general queue. However, actual processing time depends on airport traffic volume, immigration staffing, security conditions, and other factors outside our control. While most passengers clear immigration within 30 minutes, we cannot guarantee a specific wait time. Our goal is to significantly reduce your time at immigration, not to eliminate the process entirely.

2. NO-SHOW POLICY

Your booking is considered a no-show (non-refundable) if any of the following apply:

• You are not present at the designated meeting point and do not receive the service as described above.
• Your flight details (number, date, time, or terminal) change without advance notice to us, making the service impossible to deliver.
• Incorrect or incomplete flight information prevents our team from locating you.
• We attempt to reach you through your provided contact channels but cannot get confirmation, and you are unreachable at service time.
• Any other situation where the service cannot be delivered because booking conditions were not met.

3. COMMUNICATION PROCESS

Our team will make every reasonable effort to contact you using the details and messaging channels you provided. If we cannot confirm your arrival or locate you at the meeting point as described, the booking will be classified as a no-show.
