2. ARRIVING AT NOI BAI (Arrival Fast Track)

Where we meet: Arrival Hall, International Terminal 2 (T2), Noi Bai Airport.

• Once your flight lands, follow signs toward the international arrivals immigration area as you normally would.
• Before you reach the queue, look for a Sondax team member holding a name board with your name on it.
• Your escort walks you to the priority immigration lane for faster processing.
• Please stay with our staff throughout the process. Per airport rules, our team cannot pass through certain security checkpoints, but they will guide you to the correct lane and remain nearby until you've cleared immigration.

Note: Standard Arrival uses Lane 4/5. During high-traffic hours there may still be a short wait, but it is significantly faster than the general queue.

3. DEPARTING FROM NOI BAI (Departure Fast Track)

Where we meet: Entrance of Gate A, Noi Bai Airport.

• Get to the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled flight. 
• Handle your airline check-in and luggage drop-off on your own first.
• When you're heading toward Gate A, send us a quick message. Our representative will come to meet you right there.
• Running behind schedule? Just message us before you leave for the airport so we can adjust.
• Our staff escorts you through the priority immigration lane. If you booked Premium Departure, you'll also be taken through the priority security X-ray screening.
• At the immigration counter, our escort will hand you off to the officer at the front of the priority lane. For security reasons, they cannot go beyond this point — but by then, you're already past the queue.

While the vast majority of our customers clear immigration within 20 minutes, a specific wait time cannot be guaranteed. The service is designed to substantially cut your processing time — not to bypass immigration procedures entirely.

2. NO-SHOW POLICY

A booking is classified as a no-show and becomes non-refundable if:

• You do not appear at the designated meeting point or do not receive the Fast Track escort as outlined in the service instructions.
• Your flight details (number, date, time, or terminal) are changed without notifying us beforehand, making service delivery impossible.
• The flight information you provided is incorrect or incomplete, preventing our team from finding and assisting you.
• We try to reach you through your listed contact channels but are unable to get a response or confirmation at the time of service.
• Any other circumstance where booking conditions are not met and the service cannot be carried out.
