Phu Quoc Airport Fast Track Immigration (PQC)

What you are booking

Fast track at Phu Quoc is a meet-and-greet and priority immigration service. A Sondax representative waits for you inside Terminal 2, walks you to the priority lane, and stays nearby until you are cleared. Most travellers are through in 20 to 30 minutes on the standard lane, or 5 to 15 minutes on the diplomatic lane.

Why the queue at Phu Quoc is worse than it looks

Phu Quoc airport was designed for 4 million passengers a year. In 2025 it handled close to 6 million, and international arrivals to the island jumped 74% in the first seven months alone, led by Korea, China and India.

On the busiest days more than 40 international flights land here, many of them charters arriving in the same window. When that happens, a small terminal fills up fast.

Who books this

Families with young children arriving after a long charter flight. Elderly passengers. Anyone on a short island holiday who does not want to spend the first hour of it in a queue instead of on the beach.

Two ways to book

Book ahead. At least 3 hours before your flight, for the standard rate.

Already at the airport. Landed and facing a queue you did not expect? Message us right now. We accept walk-up requests with no advance booking. A $7 surcharge applies because we have to send someone to you immediately.

Before you book

• International flights only, arriving in or departing from Vietnam via Phu Quoc.
• No priority X-ray lane at Phu Quoc. Unlike our Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang services, security screening here is handled by every passenger individually. We speed up immigration, not security.
• The Priority Check-in package works on four airlines only: UO (HK Express), C6 (Centrum Air), KC (Air Astana) and DV/VSV (SCAT Airlines). Check your airline code before booking that package. On any other airline, book Silver Departure instead.
• Children under 2 are free, based on the date of birth in the passport.
• Every passenger must complete the Pre-Arrival Information form at prearrival.immigration.gov.vn before flying to Vietnam. Fast track speeds up the walk through the terminal, but this form is still your responsibility.
• The Diamond Arrival, No-Queue Lane package needs a photo of your passport page in advance.
• Prices are per person and exclude the government visa stamping fee (USD 25).

1. Booking and communication

• Add us on WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, KakaoTalk, Viber, Zalo or Telegram right after booking. We will message you first through the chat app or email you provided.
• Note for LINE users: we cannot add overseas LINE accounts by ID or phone number. We will send our contact link by email, so please add us first.
• Keep your phone reachable on travel day so our on-site team can coordinate without delay.

2. Arriving at Phu Quoc

Meeting point: Arrival Hall, International Terminal 2.

• Step 1: After landing, walk toward the international arrivals hall as you normally would.
• Step 2: Look for our staff holding a placard with your name and flight number on it.
• Step 3: Our representative guides you to the priority immigration lane.

Please note: stay in the priority line with our staff throughout. Airport rules stop our team from passing certain checkpoints, but they will place you in the correct lane and wait nearby until you are fully cleared. On days when several international flights land together there may still be a short wait, and our team will tell you honestly what to expect.

3. Departing from Phu Quoc

Meeting point: Entrance Gate, 1st Floor, International Departure Terminal, near the cafe. We will send you a photo of the exact spot via chat.

• Step 1: Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure.
• Step 2: Complete your airline check-in and baggage drop-off. If you booked the Priority Check-in package and are flying UO, C6, KC or DV/VSV, our staff will assist you with check-in instead.
• Step 3: As you head to the meeting point, send us a message and our staff will meet you there. Running late? Tell us before you leave for the airport so we can adjust.
• Step 4: Our staff escorts you to the priority immigration lane.

Please note: for security reasons our staff escorts you to the immigration officer at the front of the priority line but cannot go past that point. You will handle the X-ray security screening yourself, as Phu Quoc has no priority security lane.

• Priority X-ray security screening. Not available at Phu Quoc Airport on any package.
• Visa on arrival stamping fee (USD 25). A government fee collected at the immigration counter. Our staff can help you with the payment process.
• Pre-Arrival Information form. Mandatory for every passenger entering Vietnam. You complete it yourself before flying.
• Porter service and baggage retrieval. This service speeds up immigration clearance, not baggage handling.
• Transport from the airport. Duong Dong town is around 10km away and the southern resorts up to 25km. Book a private transfer here.

Our team works at Phu Quoc International Airport every day. They know which charter groups are landing that afternoon, which lane is moving and who is on duty. It is also why we can take requests most booking platforms will not: marketplaces close their window 24 to 48 hours before departure, we can still help after you have landed.

One conversation, five airports

We run fast track at Phu Quoc, Tan Son Nhat, Noi Bai, Da Nang and Cam Ranh, alongside private transfers and day tours in Vietnam. If your trip has more than one airport in it, the same team handles all of them.

What we can and cannot promise

Fast track gives you access to a priority lane that moves considerably faster than the regular queue. Actual waiting time still depends on airport traffic, immigration procedures and peak arrival patterns outside our control. The service does not guarantee zero waiting time, and under airport security rules our staff cannot accompany passengers past the immigration counter. They will make sure you are in the correct priority lane and stay nearby until you have cleared.

When a booking counts as a no-show

A booking becomes a no-show, and is non-refundable, if any of these happen:

• You do not appear at the meeting point or do not follow the instructions provided
• Your flight number, date or time changes and you do not tell us beforehand
• The flight information you gave us is incorrect or incomplete
• We try to reach you at service time and cannot get a response
