I give this service 10/10. Arrived in Hanoi - Noi Bai International Airport on the 4th of August 2026 @ 2:45pm. I booked this service the evening before we travelled, after making the payment I immediately messaged the company on the WhatsApp number provided & they confirmed the booking, created a group to give me full details of the process, we sent them our documents & they sent us pics of where their counter is. Upon arrival in Noi Bai it was easy to spot it & they had a printed our names.. As soon as we arrived the lady waiting for us took my husband's paperwork because he had to apply for a visa on arrival. We went to the counter. There were quiet a couple of people there but she straight up went in front, submitted.After 10-15minutes the visa was done. Finally she took us to the immigration line,( she left us here to go & attend others) only one person was n that queue but the normal queue was long. In 5minutes we were done & went to get our luggage which was already out. 10/10

I'm glad I used this service. The line was huge upon arrival. Several planes arrived at once. We got through in 10 minutes. I just should have bought express baggage claim, otherwise we had to wait a very long time. But at least we weren't in line.
