A Sondax host meets your group inside the terminal at Tan Son Nhat and walks you straight to the priority immigration lane.
All we need back is the passport details of every traveller and your flight number, plus your visa approval letter if you have one, because the airport will not register the service without them. You can reply on WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, KakaoTalk, Viber, Zalo or Telegram, whichever you prefer.
Most of our bookings are two to four people travelling together: a couple, a family with children, parents visiting. You book once, enter the number of passengers, and one host handles everyone. Children under 2 are free.
Tan Son Nhat handles over 40 million passengers a year, well beyond what its terminals were designed for. At peak arrival hours the immigration hall can hold 1,000 or more people at once, which is a 45 to 60 minute wait after a long-haul flight, before you even reach your luggage.

You are buying from the company that runs the service, not a listing on someone else's marketplace, and the price at checkout is the price you pay, with no platform service fee.

Most marketplaces close 24 to 48 hours before departure. We take requests under 3 hours' notice, and if you have already landed and are standing in the hall, we can still arrange a host at Tan Son Nhat.
Fast track at Tan Son Nhat, Noi Bai, Da Nang, Cam Ranh and Phu Quoc, plus private transfers and day tours. If your trip has more than one airport in it, the same team handles all of them.
Fast track gives you access to a faster immigration lane. Actual processing time still depends on airport traffic, immigration staffing and security conditions outside our control. We aim to cut your time at immigration significantly, not to remove the process entirely.
A booking is treated as a no-show, and is non-refundable, if you are not at the meeting point, if your flight details change without telling us, if the flight information you gave is wrong and our team cannot locate you, if we cannot reach you at service time, or if you choose the regular lane after the booking is arranged.
Almost every no-show we see comes from a flight change we were not told about. If anything moves, message us and we will reschedule at no extra cost.
A meet-and-greet and priority immigration service. A Sondax host waits inside the terminal holding a signboard with your name and escorts your group to a priority immigration lane instead of the general queue. Gold Departure packages also cover priority X-ray security screening.

Silver Arrival typically clears in around 30 minutes and Diamond Arrival in under 5. On departure, Silver is around 20 minutes and Gold around 15, because Gold adds priority security screening.

Standard bookings need at least 3 hours before your flight. With less than 3 hours, or if you have already landed, choose an Already at the Airport package. Tan Son Nhat is the only airport where we can take walk-up requests, and a surcharge applies because we reassign staff at short notice.
Anyone on an international flight arriving in or departing from Vietnam through Tan Son Nhat. One exception: for Vietnamese passport holders, arrival fast track is temporarily suspended as of 12 February 2026 due to enhanced security screening by airport authorities. Departure packages are unaffected.
No. Fast track covers international arrivals and departures only, because the service is built around the immigration process.
You are responsible for holding a valid visa or entry document. If you are travelling on a visa approval letter, our host assists you at the visa-on-arrival counter. The government stamping fee of USD 25 per person is not included in our price and is paid directly at the counter.
Nothing to do. We track your flight and adjust the meeting time. Just keep your phone reachable on the chat app you used to book.

On arrival, our host stands past the airbridge and before passport control, holding a board with your name on it. On departure, we meet you between Check-in Counters E and F in the International Departure Terminal, and you message us when you are heading that way.
No. It gives you access to the priority check-in counter and help with baggage drop-off. It is not a cabin upgrade, not seat selection, and not an airline membership benefit. It depends on airline availability and cannot be arranged once the check-in counter has officially opened. At peak hours a short queue can still form at the priority counter.
